Assessment Navigation Tool
The goal of the Assessment Navigation Tool is to transform many aspects of the clinical interview, history, and progress notes into a “point and click” affair. In creating this tool, the challenge was to reduce the amount of typing involved in report writing and records without reducing the complexity and accuracy of the final product. We feel we have accomplished this with the Assessment Navigation Tool.
